I like the friendly service. Service people are very professional courteous. The service always remembers to come to my house every 3 months without me even calling which is great. At the very beginning I had silverfish and tiny ants and within two treatments I have not seen any silverfish or ants. They even brush down the con webs on the house. I have recommended this company to my friends and family.
Reliability; however, I am always supposed to get a call when she is scheduled to come, but rarely do i get a call from Arrow.
Very professional technician good service
Stephen green did a great job locating, explaining, and showing us where all of our termite bait stations we’re located on a property. Took his time and was very thorough. We were notified two days before he came to do the service and also called me the day of the service and let me know when he was going to be there. I have had problems in the past with other techs Not doing any of the above for us. Good to know he cares what service he gives!
