Good people, nice atmosphere

I love the staff here. They are so friendly and helpful. The yoga pants you sell are great quality. The studio is always being cleaned which is nice. My only wish is that there was one evening C1 or HPF class that I could bring beginners too. So many of my friends are very active and want to try yoga, but are either intimidated by or lost in the C2s. Could be nice to have an evening class that alternates HPF and C1 after 6pm during the weeks.

I travel a fair amount and like the consistency of being able to take C1 course in different locations but having the same experience. Instructors are well trained and consistency. They are genuinely positive, welcoming and encouraging.

I love the studio. Really pretty and nice. However, for the regular core yoga type classes, I think it is way too hot in the rooms. Unless it is a Bikram class, I don't expect it to be so hot. it is uncomfortably hot and stuffy for a regular yoga class or even hot vinyasa class.

I really liked the dark room as it made it easier to focus on my movements and myself, rather than others. The teacher was very helpful with a calm and easy rhythm throughout the entire class.

Being new to yoga, I do not have much to compare it to. That being said, I have thoroughly enjoyed every single class at your studio. It is both exhilarating and fulfilling. I have already recommended your location to people that I know.
