It was a great class, clean studio, awesome instructor. Something I really enjoyed about a corepower studio I went to in Utah, was after the session they left ice cold essential oil towels for savasana. Just a really thoughtful great addition to finish the practice.

I just started taking some classes from this studio since it is close to my new job. While Almaden is still my base studio, I felt welcomed and was happy to experience the same friendly staff and community feel in the San Mateo studio. So far no matter what CP studio I've been too -- I've been to 3 others in addition to San Mateo and my home studio -- it's a consistent experience.

I like the class times. Especially the 6 AM.

The early morning schedule during the week.
The teachers.
The atmosphere.
The heat.
The intentions and lessons that are shared by the teachers.
The inversion practice and the change each month in the routines.

All of the teachers are amazing!! This studio is my second home.

Great Instructor

I really enjoy the classes. I have been a customer for over a year and I am very pleased with the studio and the teachers. Also, I really like the addition of the 75 min hot fusion class on Wednesdays. Deb is a great teacher and I enjoy her class. In addition, I want to give Liz Derr major props. Her hot fusion classes on Sundays are intense and I get a great workout as well as her Monday evening C2 class.

On Monday evening she always has a different routine and we use props for different positions. She makes her class challenging and fun. She is has become one of my favourite teachers. :)

Love the variety of yoga classes you offer and really like that you can just show up for class and not have to sign up prior. Makes it easy for a new mom to go work out! Thank you.

All the instructors are awesome! They always correct your form and are dry encouraging. It always feels good to come back.

I’ve only taken Sculpt and have loved it so far; Mark and Paige’s class definitely gave me a run for my monaaay! I especially appreciated how much Mark takes the time to connect with his students before/after class. Sometimes I forget to connect with others, checking into class—getting me-time in—then continuing with my busy life. Leaving his class made me realize how much I miss being apart of a close community.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful at CorePower Yoga. I travel a great deal around the Bay area, and I am thrilled to belong to this caring group of yoginis. I have visited Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Blackhawk and San Mateo, and each of them has been gracious and accommodating. Thank you!
