The opportunity to join free classes. I've joined many yoga classes o er 25 years Core Power has combined many types of classes with excellent teachers. I feel at 52 that I can grow with Core Power and try the teacher training classes.
Emily F at the San Mateo studio is the best teacher for YogaSculpt class. She is so encouraging and has the best playlist. I look forward to her classes every week!

Very clean, no locks available and tough parking on Saturday.
It was high intensity exercise. It kept my heart rate up and it helped me sweat profusely. It also helped target my weak muscle areas like Core and Legs. The instructor was friendly and motivational. This facility was neat organized and clean.
As someone who does yoga semi regularly, I found the instruction easy to follow along with the demonstration done by the teacher and the pace and modifications suggested were also helpful. A full workout, without it feeling like one!

That was my best yoga class I’ve been to. Every aspect including the way the members respected even the rest as much as the active parts of the class. Juliana the instructor was amazing. Very professional and capable.

The class was intense but still manageable! The instructor was very clear and had great tips to make sure form wasn’t sacrificed. 10/10 recommend.
