The agents I have spoken with on the phone are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
However, the cost of making a simple airline reservation is way too much at $31.50.
It used to be around $18 last year. Not sure why it almost doubled in one year.

It has been very convenient and easy to request hotels and air fares. If I have a particular air line they give me that option along with hotels. folks are also professional and very helpful since sometimes I get these last minute changes whether it is hotel or airlines travel has been very accommodating.
