I like that there is someone available at all times. I do not like that there is a afterhours charge for these services that is sometimes not disclosed until after the call. The other thing i like is the notifications from the app if anything changes with my reservation and that someone can help immediately if flight or other arrangements change.

Fox Travel is efficient in planning a trip. It can give you a list of everything you need to know about your itinerary from flights to hotels. I will be using more for business purposes, but think this would be extremely useful when planning a personal trip too!
