Danielle is amazing! Really explains things making sure you understand, answers questions in a timely manner, and is really patient/kind person. When I originally reached out to start the process of booking she contacted me within hours asking questions to ensure we would be happy with the choices she came back with. She also told us things we even didn’t know (we previously booked last year with another company and there were a lot of things that were not explained to us about the booking process). Alana is fantastic! She is quick to answer a question that I am asking. if she doesn't know the answer she is quick to let me know she doesn't and gets back to me with the answer quickly.
