Response via email is generally prompt and it is not too hard to request and make necessary changes.
Fox is reliable and accurate. One thing that would be more helpful is that when there is a change to my flights, currently you send me an e-mail saying there was a change requiring action, but do not tell me what it is. Often, the flight time has just changed by a couple of minutes. But other times the flight was cancelled or completely changed. But I have to take several steps to track down the original information and compare it with the new information and try to figure out if it's really a relevant change requiring attention or not. It would be helpful if you provided a better summary of the change(s) right in that "alert" email. Thank you.
