My AA flight out of Memphis was canceled due to inoperable services to the aircraft. We were told after being on the plane for 5 hours that they would need to decommission the plane and to rebook our flight to our destination. As I was standing in line to rebook, I decided to call the Fox World agent who was able to provide me a new flight with a different carrier within minutes. While everyone else from the flight was still in line, my flight to my destination was already done and confirmed.
