On my last trip I experienced my first delayed and then cancelled light. The airline rescheduled me to arrive 8 hours later. The became my first opportunity to use Fox to help resolve an issue. Within a few minutes they had my booked on a different airline departing in a few hours and helped me get to my location on time. Very easy to use while at the gate.
