Staff is always courteous and friendly, getting me when I first enter. The stylist always confirm how I want my hair cut. When finished the cut is exactly how I asked.

I love the online check-in process with the option to receive a text when on deck (although I got the text with 15 minutes notice; would prefer 20 minutes notice if possible to allow for driving time).

Booking a time and getting a quick text informing you are on deck is very convenient for my busy schedule not having to sit and wait for my appointment is greatly appreciated
