Love the concept. However after w as it hits 180 min you must call. I would rather see times till end of day so you could book. Frustrating trying to keep an eye on app all day when you get your day off.

Chantal gives an excellent haircut and a pleasure to deal with. I always have her cut my hair.
My only complaint is your app. I do not get updates if my hair appointment shifts up or down from my original time slot. It would be great if your app would show the schedule board seen on the wall in your shop. Lately I leave an hour before my scheduled appointment and go to the shop to see the actually appointment board to see when I’m up for my haircut which is very inconvenient. Two haircuts ago, when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time I was moved back 1 1/2 hours so I left. If it wasn’t for Chantel’s hair cuts I wouldn’t have come back or put up with your inconsistent app.

I liked the maverick dry paste for hair. Also, Services are very good and reasonable in some area. But do need to hire more staff in sarnia sports clips becz waiting time is too long and it put strain on only two hair dresser they have lyndsey and the other lady. They both are very good and patient with customer but I feel they need more staff so that it can reduce waiting tym and strain on both of them.
