Everything is great

My son has only attend a few sessions so far and I can see a difference in his confidence already.

My son has been going to Sylan for over a month now (twice a week for reading and math). So far I can already tell his confidence level has increased. He also really likes going so it's not hard to get him there. He really enjoys the teachers and rewards. Overall, I'm very happy with Sylvan over this short time so far.

My daughter loves coming to Sylvan! She enjoys her lessons and tutors! I love the schedule flexibility and convenience.

Sylvan of Fayetteville has been a God Send to my son. He was diagnosed with a profound speech delay at 3. With some really excellent programs he has improved dramatically. His main issue now is receptive and expressive speech which corresponds with learning to read. He started sylvan in Nov of 2020 and was testing at beginning preschool level for reading (he was in first grade) by the end of April 2021 he was testing at solid kindergarten to beginning 1st grade level. We travel to Maine in the summer so from May to end of Sept he wasn't receiving tutoring as what I had set up for him in Maine didn't come to fruition. We returned to Fayetteville Nov 1 and got him set right up on his tutoring schedule and he is really improving his skills in sounding out words and beginning to read. I can't wait to see where the winter brings us.

I would highly recommend Sylvan Learning Center. We recently moved to the area and wanted to make the transition to new schools and in person instruction as seamless as possible for our daughter. At the beginning of the year we noticed that her grades were dropping and she seemed uninterested in school. It’s only been a few weeks and we can see noticeable changes in her attitude towards school and her interim progress reports at school. She looks forward to going to Sylvan of Mooresville each week.

We've only been with Sylvan for a month but the on ramping with the staff has been great. Michelle B. is a phenomenal resource and always avail. to address questions and/or concerns. So far so so so good! ;) And, most importantly, my son loves going! And thats what matters!

Sylvan learning has really improved my daughter"s confidence. Her reading and math skills has improved as well.

Every team member is so welcoming and professional. The handoffs are seamless no matter who is on deck. Best of all, we are seeing connections and progress after only a few weeks. Our son’s interest in reading is at an all time high and he is starting to be brave enough to write out his thoughts even if he doesn’t know how to spell the words perfectly!

In the first two weeks they were able to observe and determine that my son and his tutor were not a perfect match. They quickly switched to a different tutor that my son loves.

He is a kid that hates math and constantly has meltdowns. With this new tutor he asked to go every day because “she makes math fun.” After years of different tutoring programs I finally found one that understands him. He is ADHD and quickly shuts down when something is hard. We no longer fight about going to Sylvan and getting math tutoring. For a parent that has tried everything, this is finally a sigh of relief. Thank you Sylvan!
