So far the experience has been good, my son hasn't been attending that long as of yet for me to give a more detail description. But the staff is awesome and the director is hands on qnd very knowledgeable about the program.
Teachers are great with kids and making them feel comfortable. The program director, Peter, is very attentive and makes sure the family’s needs are met.

I have had experience with Sylvan in Cary, NC since mid 2021. We contacted Sylvan to help our son. Our son met several challenges: 1) recently moved from other country in 6th grade, 2) learning disability plus 2) language barrier. The Director Mrs. Yulnique Johnson is the BEST. She has made a big impact in our son education and in our life. She was able to understand our son unique needs and was able to make a plan that continued from more than 2 years with great progresses, with a lot of effort, with many "extra miles" done for the sake of our son education, with "creative" thinking, adaptability, and with the pleasure of seeing the great results. Now our son is in High School. We appreciate so much the dedication, responsibility, ability to interact with school teachers, willingness to improve our son's progress, and kindness of Mrs Yulnique Johnson. I am also so grateful to the Spanish speakers that have been helping our son on daily bases with kindness and professionalism. The bilingual instruction is vital for our son.
Thank you Sylvan Cary for having Mrs Yulnique Johnson. I just wish she will always stay close to the parents, because she cannot be easily replaced. We need her. We need people like her, with professionalism and understanding of educational needs in real life.
In about a month saw really obvious improvement- which came with more confidence and less resistance to the material.

Progress and friendly learning center
All the teachers are really good and Yulnique and Kyriakos both are just amazing. They guide you so well and keep us on track schedule wise.
It’s a great program- very easy to follow and has helped my daughter increase her SAT scores as well as her knowledge. The only downfall is sometimes the tutor can not dedicate her time equally among all of the students so there were a few sessions that felt like not much was accomplished. Overall we hope that the extra tutoring will help my daughter when taking the real SAT.

My daughter has definitely benefited from going to Sylvan. We tried everything with her to help her reading and Sylvan was the only thing that helped.
My son is making great gains with the tutoring at Sylvan Learning Center. He enjoys having Ms. Debbie as his tutor. The environment is very positive and the Sylvan Team Ms. Busbee and Ms. Hall are great at communication and keeping you informed.
From the initial phone call to get information to my child’s latest session and everything in between—Sylvan of Holly Springs has been nothing short of amazing! My only regret is not getting started earlier. Great staff, amazing scheduling options, and RESULTS. I’m more than pleased with Sylvan of Holly Springs and know my child will go back to school this fall feeling confident and ready to learn.
Everyone seems really knowledgeable and helpful. We are about 10 sessions into our program and it is going well.
So far my daughter has had a variety of quality tutors who have helped her prepare for her SAT. The online and in person reviews have been invaluable to helping her increase her test scores.

My daughter Chloe is engaged in all the activities that Sylvan Learning provides. She says that she enjoys learning there. In addition, she is discovering new ideas like facts and opinions when reading passages. Also, she receives reinforced learning as when the tutor presents comparison/contrast and word analogies. This reinforced learning validates what she has already learned in school.
The sessions were tailored for my daughter. Saw improved study skills and EOG test taking skills.
Sylan has experienced and knowledgeable director, teachers, and schedule co-ordinators. We have no hesitation in recommending Sylvan of Cary just like the family that referred us to Sylvan!
