The tutors really care about the children and their progress. They go above and beyond to make sure the children succeed and parents are happy. They also keep the parents and teachers informed on the child's progress as well. I wasn't expecting them to work with the school/teacher to help improve my child's grades. The program is expensive but worth it! My child is happy and more confident and he likes going to his tutoring sessions.

Admittedly, I had to drag my son into Sylvan kicking and screaming, but he has now been receiving instruction at Sylvan since school began and now he actually enjoys going. The staff at the Huntersville location are very friendly, professional and accommodating. The team continues to keep me apprised of my son's progress and they adjust his learning plan based on teachers' feedback.
