Adapted quickly to online tutoring during covid19 and are very responsive in general to our feedback, requests, and other communications, which is so important in an online environment.

We love Sylvan in Garner! Ms Heather & Ms Quiniqua have been working over the summer via virtual sessions to help prepare my daughter for Kindergarten. She has never attended preschool and due to Covid, I wasn't able to enroll her in a Pre-K program over Spring & Summer to get her ready. She was very behind in letter recognition, story/book comprehension and sight words. They worked very hard with her over the summer and she had her first kindergarten assessment this past week and got every question right (100%) on this first assessment for letter recognition, sight words and comprehension! She also looks forward to her sessions and thinks of her Sylvan teachers as her "best friends & family" I can't say enough wonderful things about this facility!
