Suggestion: All instructors inquire about the heat/humidity at one point during the class, make sure that their phone is off so it doesn't interrupt the playlist

I love how HEATED the studio gets- both physically and mentally. Taylor was my teacher on Wednesday and she did such a great job keeping everyone motivated with excellent words of encouragement (even individual which is exceptionally awesome), energetic music and physically did most of the work out right there with us. It's the part of the say I look forward to most.

3. Personable instructors make me want to keep coming back- almost feels like a personal trainer relationship with the ones I go to a lot. They comment on my progress and how I can modify for my specific body. The two that stick out/ I go to all the time are Sara ha and Jenna sc

This was the best of the inversion classes I've been to.
The planful instruction, introducing elements early, and layering them into familiar poses right away: very smart.
The playful feeling in the room was a perfect fear- clearing.
The flows were hard! And delightful. They came off as very intense for me, but the many variations made them accessible to anyone. I'm not often that deeply challenged in class. It felt marvelous.
