I love the facilities, schedules and instructors. The only feedback that I think I would provide is that the music is not always good. And this changes the workout drastically. I sometimes find that some of the music is kind of cheesy techno or hip-hop. When I go to Soulcycle, the music is always amazing and very curated by each instructor. I would highly recommend that each instructor post their playlist so we can get an idea of what music we can expect as this can make or break a workout.

Love the various class options and the personal attention and hands on of the teachers. The classes are as challenging as you desire but they are "friendly" for the inexperienced as well.

Taylor ? the instructor I had at 7:30 was fantastic. She was welcoming and explained throughout and kept it challenging but rewarding. The studio was larger than the ine in Seattle so there was plenty of room to move!

The lavender towel at the end was great! Facilities were very clean and well kept. The instructor was fun and energetic!

I love classes with Angela and Jenna. Always make me feel welcome, and kick my butt at the same time. First time yogi.

Variety in classes and music
Really like when classes have emphasis on listening to your body, making class your own
Also like when different options are suggested for poses for example depending on whether you are looking out for your back that day or if your hamstrings are extra tight because you went for a run (helps me to understand and care for my body better during yoga).

Nice location, friendly staff

All of the instructors have been so helpful and supportive - I'm new on my yoga journey and was a bit intimidated when I started. I have a toddler and very little time to myself so I'm out of shape and struggling to get back. But I never feel judged, my questions are welcomed and answered and I feel fantastic when I'm done!

The studio is always clean and soothing, the teachers are exceptionally knowledgeable and encouraging. I love this studio!
