Staff, Dr Pinder’s attention to you when you speak. HE REALLY LISTENS. Thanks to his quick response to my recent visit. The building is always clean and there’s plenty parking. Close proximity to residence.

The friendly and professional staff. My Primary Care Doctor, Dr. Andrew Pinder, listens, to me, gives his professional opinion, answers all of my questions and I have full confidence in his experience and expertise. I have lived in Ohio and Illinois and by far, this is the best family care practice I have found.

Pleasant staff. Dr. Pinder and his nurse are very nice and helpful. I feel my medical needs are in good hands. The waiting room is very pleasant and roomy.

What do you like about our office?

The nurse I seen before the doctor appeared was great at putting me at ease. Talked to me in a way that I felt at ease. The doctor I had seen was very good at listening to my concerns and addressing them. It was my first visit, so the wait time which was long was understandable. I seen people before me enter and were seen, but it makes sense with me being a new patient. I have another visit in a month for a physical so I'll have to see if things remain the same.
