I like as I have gotten older the reminders by mail, text, and telephone of what you have coming up or may of missed. It truly helps. No question is too stupid and lately I have had many questions. I haven't had to have an emergency appointment or same day appointment but have the feeling that they would make room for me. They make me comfortable.
