The trainers at Fitness Together-Brookfield are very positive and encouraging. They listen and help set reasonable goals for clients. Fitness Together-Brookfield is a very welcoming place to work out! It is not intimidating. The one-on-one sessions are fun!

I like having a scheduled appointment, it keeps me committed even when I want to avoid anything but more coffee. I like having a personal trainer who knows how to work around health issues, but will still push me to work harder. Fitness Together staff are very welcoming and encouraging and make me feel very comfortable.
The one on one with the trainer. It helps you make sure you are working out correctly.
I like the personal service. I like having a see appointment, keeping me committed to the program. The program features of evaluation and a new routine every 6 to 8 weeks keeps things from getting stale. Most of all, having well educated trainers who are able to individualize new routines is beneficial.

As someone who has not worked out in almost a decade, the trainers have been very supportive and encouraging. They really care and are invested in not only my training but in me as a person.
Trainers are very encouraging and programs are designed to focus on individual needs and abilities. The trainers make it enjoyable (actually fun) to workout. I know that whatever exercise I am doing I am doing it correctly because a trainer is with me/observingme.

I like the one on one work with the trainers. They make you work hard but never do they make you feel like you can't do something. It helps that it is just you and the trainer as it can be more individualized as well as the comfort that if you are not doing something right they are there to help you train the right way
Joe ...!! He actually makes my Workouts FUN. And not many people can make Excersing enjoyable. Or maybe I’m crazy ...... I keep coming back to Fitness Together!

The one on one sessions with a trainer are wonderful! The fitness plan is designed for each individual client and his/her needs. Trainers are very motivating.
It's personalized. Trainer adjusts positioning as needed, explains what muscles should be working. Trainer also changes the exercise based on ease (or challenge) for client.
I like the accountability having an appointment and working with the same trainer affords me.
I like the one on one training. I like having the trainer encouraging me to do more than I thought I could. It has definatley made me more confident in my abilities. Everyone is super friendly as well.

The one on one perfectly tailored fitness plan prepared by qualified trainers who know what they are doing!
Personalized fitness program that challenges yet takes into consideration any health limitations. Prefer the one on one with a trainer as opposed to group workouts. Also like that my trainer is female. Not that I have a problem working with male trainers (I don’t) but as a female it is nice to work with a female trainer.
Individual workout plans that take into consideration my limitations. Knowledgeable trainers who know how to adapt an exercise if it’s not working for me, and still targeti the muscle group I am working to achieve the same outcome .
