the services are planned and run on a schedule so I don't have to worry about the correct timing of applications. I like the lawn assessment done with each application. It helps me understand what I need to do to keep the lawn in shape (e.g., make sure mower blades are sharpened, cut lawn to 3", avoid watering while fungus is present, etc.).

So far so good! It's funny looking at the border between my yard and my neighbor's. Clearly we're doing something right.
