We have been very satisfied with TruGreen for the past few years. The lawn has improved in quality and overall it's more attractive and looks healthy. However we had a problem recently that I would like you to know about now. I sent an email that week-end but never received a response regarding this problem. The lawn had fall aeration and seeding without our knowledge or permission. We never received a phone call nor did we request the procedure. The service date was on Sept. 23, 2017. I didn't hear the machines at work since we have window A/C units and we were sleeping during the time it was done. I would have questioned the TruGreen person but wasn't aware of his/her presence. Usually in the past we always receive a phone in advance to ask if we want extra procedures like mosquito spraying or special treatment of the bushes which I politely declined. But at least I got the calls in advance. I do think the representative from TruGreen chose the wrong house for the aeration/seeding since many of our neighbors on the block use TruGreen. Today we received an invoice for $187.81 which really isn't our responsibility since the permission for the treatment was never offered to us with a phone call or an email. Hopefully the issue can be resolved peacefully and without delay. The representatives have always been polite in the past. Sincerely,
