This year was very good with my confidence being restored in Trugreen. In the past couple years I have NOT been happy with the "quality" and results of your service, and honestly didn't know if we were going to re new.
I feel the BIG change is in our "new" Tech, Darrell Collins (Branch 5251). Darrell has not only showed interest but, takes time to explain things when I approach him with questions about our lawn care. In the past, We have had techs that seemed just to be there to get thru the day and go home, with one I believe, held a grudge because I called the office to question a service call. I truly believe having Darrell for the full time the plan was set for has made a big difference. In the past we seem to start with one Tech and then get passed to someone every few service calls.

our lawn greatly improved over the past. Over all our lawn has never better. There is a section of our lawn that get a lot of sun and in the past a lot of weeds grew and looked terrible so we ordered a application of weed control and the lawn looked great even thru July and August.
