The technician who applied the Flea and Tick Control on 4/18/18 was Marlin Brooks. It was the first time Marlin was here and I was extremely happy with his services. He was very thorough and on a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate him an 11 😊 and would like to request him for my future applications.

Thank you for the phone call the day before you come - I like knowing when someone will be knocking on the door. Please put a poison yard sign in the front and back. I told the woman that called me that this feedback application does not work well on an ipad. Today I opened this feedback request and the 2 (instead of the 4) was highlighted... This is not good - it is not totally clear that you are looking for a rating when a number is highlighted when the survey is opened. If you are going to have one number highlighted, at least make it the 10 instead of a 2 or 4. I had the same issue on a desktop computer - this is something you should look at if you want true feedback

I have always had friendly and prompt service when I've called the office. And Marlin Brooks does a wonderful job with the application process! He is polite and courteous, and always leaves documentation at my door. He is also aware of my dog, and leaves me instructions for her safety following the application.
I am on the Board of Directors for our neighborhood assicaiation, and I have attempted to have TruGreen become our provider for all our fertization needs. The other members of the Board are not terribly unhappy with our current provider, and have not wanted to change. While we have secured our current provider for the current season, perhaps a representative might come out and asess our neighborhood for an estimate and reccommdation for next year.

I like that when I mention something, it goes in the technicians notes for future reference by all the other technicians.
My technician is always friendly and offers advice if needed. He has taken care of any requests that I have had in the past in regards to issues with my lawn.
