I can't stand weeds, and generally the 6-visit program has kept my lawn very green and weed free (almost) for the past two years. It really seems to work. I still have to deal with a few weeds each week by hand but without this treatment program it just gets out of hand immediately in the Spring.

Very helpful, and quick to respond

I was about to have my lawn resodded because it looked so terrible !!! Instead, I decided to use TruGreen to help me take care of it. In just a few months I already noticed quite an improvement !!! My grass was greener, thicker, had less weeds and was so much healthier looking.
I loved receiving the TruGreen Service Record after each visit. The Technician's Notes, Lawn Service, and Conditions Noted, provided valuable information for me as the homeowner to be aware of. The technician's specific follow up recommendations also allowed me as the home owner to take an active part in ensuring that my grass would continue to look great.

I am quite pleased with my Tru-Green plan. The work was mostly (See below) completed satisfactorily.

The second last treatment was grub control. There is still a section of the lawn where animals are still digging. Perhaps a further application would alleviate this situation. I suspect that the technician did not treat one section of the boulevard because there is evidence of grubs in that section.

I sincerely hope that next year you can change your policy whereby technicians do not talk to homeowners personally. I sometimes have questions for the technician, but even when I watch for him I usually miss him. Our lawn is small, it doesn't take him too long to do the treatment, and so he has come and gone before I can speak to him. I hope that next year technicians will be able to ring the doorbell, wait a few seconds, and speak to the homeowner.
