Technicians are proactive in dealing with lawn. This was missing from Tru Green 2-3 years ago but like the fact that Tru Green is providing advice on what to do but also acting on what technician sees, if too hot we were re-scheduled we appreciated this). To me that is why Tru Green won me over 4-5 years ago, you turned our lawn from weeds to grass and that first technician won us over. We were disappointed 2 and 3 years ago, which was why we switched last year to another provider but this year we came back and been happy. The only reason for not giving 10 rating is when grass seeding some of the grass seed went into rose beds which did not make my wife happy. Our neighbour went with TruGreen based on our recommendation. Keep up your Technicians with healthy lawn and we will renew each year.

I like the advance call the day before to let me know you are coming. So far they have always come when the call was made. Service is friendly when we are around and they do a fine job when we are there or not.

Previous companies we have used, rush through the service and spend more time in the truck writing up the sheets, than they did spraying.
Love the option of having a heads-up phone call the day before the service, so we can coordinate with lawn cutting, etc.
