Mark Barnes was the service technician that came to the house today. He needs to be the
one that comes every time. My wife said she watched him; he was very through.
He was checking the lawn while he was working to make sure everything was

Had an issue where the shrubs in my front yard received service but the backyard was not serviced because my back gate was locked . I called and explained the situation to customer service and Tru Green sent a technician out within a couple of days to service my backyard.
The technician, Mr. Alexander Burton, was very personable and helpful. He had an attitude of genuine concern. He explained a summary of the services he had provided , gave me a written copy and explained that I need to water the shrubs as soon as possible.

If there is ever a problem with weeds, they take care of it immediately. Service has been great. I especially thank Christine Yahl for her amazing customer service! She keeps in touch and if I do have a question or concern, she gets it handled quickly. She never stops checking to see how
my yard is doing, I really appreciate her and all those who treat my lawn!

We are seniors and on a budget. It works for our yearly Lawn care and our budget. We have had TruGreen for our lawn care service for about 15 years. We schedule what we need for the year. If we need more, all we do is call the TruGreen office.

My specialist John took great care in applying the fertilizer to my entire yard! He was very customer focused and friendly.. Thank you so much John for your great customer service, it is rare to see these days and I really appreciate the service.
