The Mosquito sprays are excellent. I can count on the company to delivery a product that is definitely worth the money. I host many events in my backyard and the treatment always allows for a successful outcome. The representative that treats the yard is exceptional.

But I didn't receive any telephone call. I like to receive a call days
before service is performed. I didn't receive any telephone call letting me know last week (Wednesday, Aug. 29, 20923) that service was being performed at my address. Normally, I receive a call a couple of days before service is performed. You have the option to leave a message.

TruGreen has handled our commercial locations for over 15 years. Treatments keep our sod healthy and green. We are pleased with the service.

A'Naya was very professional and answered all of our questions. She explained what she was going to do this visit and stated that I could review everything she did on your web sight or your APP. I am very appreciative of her knowledge and believe your company will provide the services that I need for the care of our trees and shrubs. I believe your company is only as good as those who provide the services and A'Naya is a winner in keeping TrueGreen in good hands. Thank you for your service and care.

I have had very good service from my Mosquito technician David D.

I have not had issues with mosquitos this summer.

I also appreciate how David is very careful around my three hummingbird feeders on the back porch when he is spraying.

Technicians contact me in advance and always show up when they are scheduled. They make sure to close the gates when they are through with their work.

I appreciate the care and personal customer service Christine Yahl has given me over many years. Any issue I have she gets it resolved. She reaches out on her own to check and make sure everything is going ok. Recently have had issues with Goose Feet, taking over my back yard. She reached out on her own to check on my lawn and when I told her about it, she was on it! I had my second treatment for this bad grass yesterday and actually met John Graves, who treated my yard for the Goose Feet grass. It was talk to him about it and he really listened to my concerns and made me feel this would be resolved. Both Christine and John did not make me
feel bad about this issue. It's both of their desire to fully take care of my yard issues. I really appreciate them! Thank you, Deb

Issues during the past summer seem to be what caught Trugreen's attention! They have listened to several items that we addressed. We have been customers for 15+ years when they were Chemlawn. Having the same individuals service the lawn and shrubbery made such a difference. Thank goodness we seem to have reached the right people and have been having the same young man for the summer months.

We do not want to change, but we were beginning to be quite upset with the constant change in service personnel. They really had not idea what the issues were.

Lawn looks Green with no bare spots. Almost like soft carpet. Just Lovely.
