I like the fact that TRUGREEN headquarters acted on a mishap at my location one of their Tecks had come to put the application of fertilizer , He soon realized that Fungus was in several areas of the lawn and stopped the Fert. app right away, that the yard needed to be treated for fungus First he then called that in from his truck to disbatch to have the fungus app done before,and then the fert. app.not to long after,there was a mixup , no one had reconized the Fungus app. and where coming out again for fert. app. then between mngt. and the nice ladeys in the call system we all got on the same paige ,had it done in the order that was needed , and from since then I THINK MY YARD AND SRUBBS are looking better than they have in a long time from the teamwork of all from TRUGREEN, and in events like this that I AM STILL A HAPPY TRUGREEN CLIENT!!!!! THANKS TRUGREEN

My lawn was in very bad shape before I started your service. It was patchy, and heavily weed infested. As a former lawn care technician, I know that it’s going to take a few years to get it back in shape.
The technicians come within there time frame, do the job and will answer any questions or concerns with what and why they are doing what they do.
My lawn is in bad shape but I’m seeing much improvement at this time than last year.

The treatment to the lawn makes a difference.
The representative that performed the Lawn Service on Friday morning appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about the product he was applying to my damaged lawn and made a few helpful recommendations! He appears to represent the values of The Company, visited my subdivision by entering the correct gate and did not use the excuse that the gate was locked and so forth. I think his name was Jarvis. My hats are off to this GUY period
