Our lawn is the best looking lawn in our neighborhood excepting our back yard. I have an abundance of weeds in the back yard that are apparently immune to your weed killers. But the front yard is worth having your service.

I trust Technician Michael to always do a good job. He is the only Technician I want servicing my lawn. Unfortunately, I do not have the same trust in other Technicians.
Derrick Nelson came out today to correct a service issue. Ticket for Tree & Shrub Fertilization shows a spray of 46-0-0 (prilled sprayable)(nitrogen), but looks like granular fertilizer was applied from the little piles by the trees & bushes?
What I recommend: I recommended our Tree and Shrub program to address the damage that I found on your landscape. Please call me to discuss. What damage other than very heavy frost (several days of near zero temps), but can't call because I don't have a number other that the corporate help line.

TruGreen's care has been effective over the years and doesn't require much attention from me. Its technicians have been friendly and responsive to questions on the occasions when I have spoken to them. And this will sound like a small thing, but they have always moved their trucks if we needed to get our car out during their visit.

Had an issue with another service company coming by and leaving a note. Called and asked your company about this company called Spring green and the clerk said she would send it to coporate HQ. for resolution, To date, I have not received any feedback on this mystery compnay
I like your service but this past month my grass is starting to turn brown and I had Mole Crickets. They sent a tech out to look at the yard and he said they were going to do 1 treatment since I had already sprayed some cricket killer the week before and it didn't do much but they never showed back up. Then today 5/9/2023 I left my house to ride my bike at 12:01 PM and got back at 12:16 PM so was gone for 15 minutes and I was here the rest of the day. I got a bill on my account but they didn't leave the card by the mailbox or any sign that they were here but it said they knocked and I wasn't home? I needed to confirm that they were here but when I called in the computer system was down and they could not access my account. They may have come but I need to verify they did so I will know to keep pets off. The agent I spoke with apologized for the mixup and said somebody would call and confirm later.
