The lawn care guarantee, its been 4 weeks since last service and crabgrass and some other weeds appeared. I phoned about this and within 2 days Lorenzo was here to spray.
I like that the person leaves details of what was done on our yard and also appears consistent with treatments.
The servicemen are very knowledgable and courteous, eager to do a good job with a good result. They are careful to mention that I have to do my part to, with adequate watering and mowing. This I try to do faithfully, watering 3x per week, and mowing weekly and an acceptable height of grass.
The problem is I still have loads of weeds, and wherever there are bare spots the weeds take over those spots. I don't see how that is happening when the lawn is treated for weeds.

We purchased our house at end of May 2017. Within a month or so we decided to give TruGreen a shot after deciding to use them at our church. A year has gone by and our yard by far is one of the thickest, greenest and healthiest in the entire neighborhood. Troy Golden is our main specialist that handles our yard. He has done an absolute stellar job for us. He listens to our needs or concerns, treats and resolves any issues we have, and makes recommendations when/if necessary. He has transformed our yard from average to premiere.
When I need to communicate with TruGreen, I contact my rep, Alicia Hinson. She has been super from the beginning. Always responds to email or phone calls (and texts) promptly which is appreciated. I am a very satisfied customer!
