Derrick Nelson for trees and shrubs on 5/9/18 and Sam Clamp for the lawn on 5/10/18 both were very informative and did a good job.
Still don't know about the aeration service. Received message 5/8/18 saying they would be here 5/9/18, but no show. Called and was told the service was being set up for week of 5/13/19. Asked for manager to call. Don't like having the flags I put on sprinkler heads, per message instruction, to have to wait another week.
They make recommendations for how to improve the yard, and always get the job completed

The same thing as always, my technician. Troy continues to knock it out of the park. His pre-emergent treatment this year has resulted in the fewest weeds and poanna in recent memory. I have high hopes this year will be best year yet for my yard. The best thing is Troy communicates directly with me and ensures he is the only technician servicing my yard. In spite of a seeming inability for dispatch to ensure Troy is then only technician scheduled for my yard after multiple attempts to establish that, he has personally gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure he services my yard. I was pleased with the job that Matthew did but not so much for the first 2 treatments. I received very little feedback on the service that was performed in February and am continuing to see many weeds. Matthew applied further weed control and fertilized and provided more explanation to me.
I would expect my lawn to look better than it does after 3 treatments and about $135.
I rank service from Matthew high (10). The results are still out for TruGreen.

I just talked to Mathew Jimenez on Saturday morning, I was expecting them one day the next week, but he came early which was good, we talk about the lawn and he explain everything to me and watering and how long it takes and the services, what to expect and what to do to the lawn, Mathew did a good job, so I signedup and let him start on the treatment needed, Good Job!
