Mary applied the shrub treatment this week. Although I was not able to watch her this time, her prior applications have been very thorough and covered all the property shrubs and trees as agreed. She left the Trugreen placards strategically indicating where she sprayed this time.
Communication is easy on when the next treatment is taking place and any issues that need to be addressed.

Our last specialist, DONAVAN M, was on his way to our house the morning of July 13, but because I did not get a Trudy call the day before, my yard was unprepared for a treatment and I called our branch service manager to cancel. He let me know that DONOVAN was nearby and wanted to stop by and look at our yard anyway, which I certainly appreciated. DONAVAN was polite, respectful, and observant--and listened attentively--as we walked the yard.
I checked "9" on the first section because TruGreen's notification system has been problematic for years. That's not DONOVAN's fault, of course, so he gets a "10"!
