I am contacted ahead of the visit for application. The specialist knocks on the door first. He explains what he will be applying on this visit. He leaves a note when completed. If I have questions that he cannot answer, he takes them to his management and then lets me know.
Our service specialist is Brook Boudreaux. He is great. He responds to our phone calls and answers all of our questions and is very knowledgeable about shrubs and trees. He does an excellent job.

I was not pleased with the awful attempt by your contractor who tore up my lawn while trying to aerate my lawn. I just spent $1800 replacing the sod. I sent pictures and spoke to Saleah several times and she was totally unresponsive and would not return my many calls. Very disappointing. If it were not for Brook and Charles I would be long gone.
