Friendliness of technicians. Mostly timely with service
TruGreen has definitely assisted in getting my lawn in shape. The service techs have all been wonderful to deal with, they are polite, willing to listen and provide guidance on how to maintain a nice yard as well as trees and shrubs.
This service had to be postponed because of heavy rain, but Vonte Ervin was here today and applied the potash fertilizer to thicken our lawn and a preemergent to prevent future weed problems. He recommended for us to water the lawn if it didn't rain. He came to the door and spoke with my husband to let us know he was there. We are pleased with how much our lawn has improved. And we appreciate the notices of upcoming service calls and delays to keep us informed.

please explain why in reports (last 2) crabgrass is still a problem, when one was spot treatment and other complete yard treatment! grass is improving but their are still areas that need to be addressed! please help!
