On schedule, non intrusive and technician is polite and courteous. Very professional. I was cutting my lawn when female technician arrived. She was kind and courteous. I was almost finished with my lawn cutting of front yard. She stated she will apply preemergant fertilizer in the backyard to give me enough time to finish cutting front. Our plan worked out great and by the time she started on front lawn i was finished mowing lawn. I gave her a power bar snack and Gatorade since it was close to lunch time. It was a pleasant visit. I apologize for I forgot technicians name. Thank-you please To her for me.

I don't have to do it myself. I did ask for lawn to be aerated, but can't seem to get you to do it even when I've said do it.
You always call to let me know when you're coming. Knocks on door to let me know what you're doing and if I have any concerns.
