I've been a customer for many years (35?).
I have been satisfied with the service and the response to requests for help.
What I don't care for now is the shortage of information.
It's not clear to me how or what was applied to the lawn just last week; liquid product or granules.
As a result I was not clear if water was needed.
That information is helpful following each application.

My lawn is really showing improvement. There are some dead areas as the weeds had to be killed, but the grass is coming in nicely. I have a couple of islands that need weed control but that may be an add-on. While the driver has never rang the doorbell the service is better than what I was experiencing before. I believe that there are neighborhood dogs that are bringing weed seeds in from their walks which makes weed control all the harder.

I love the fact that whenever I need additional services to my lawn TruGreen is always there to help. The technicians are great with making sure they achieve what is needed.
