Special thanks and much Appreciation to the TruGreen certified Lawn Specialist Mr. TREMAYNE BUCKNER for on April 20, 2022 indeed Performing an OUTSTANDING Tailored Service to my lawn which consisted of mostly ugly weeds. And for his patience and sincerity in talking to me when I expressed to him my concern about how for about nearly a year and a half now the weeds were out of control in my lawn in spite of me paying for the TruGreen services. I asked if he noticed the weeds. He responded with much concern and sincerity in assuring me that he did. He said that it was a lot and that he hadn't seen this problem in any of the lawns that he had been servicing. I trusted him when he stated that he definitely wanted their TruGreen customers to be satisfied for the services that they were paying for; and the service he was going to do to treat the lawn to promote the grass growth & eliminate the weeds. Prior to that day I had planned to cancel the service after the next treatment if I didn't see any improvements. Mr. TREMAYNE BUCKNER has truly transformed my weed infested lawn to a Beautiful healthy growing green grass lawn. Within just a few days I saw the weeds dieing out leaving dry areas over the lawn, and the healthy green grass growing up all around.
