My Lawn Care Specialist, Mr. Hoderick Lowe, was prompt and courteous. He exemplified true professionalism as he explained the treatment he was putting down on the lawn and assured me that my lawn would look greener and healthier this year. However, I pointed out some patches of weeds that was a concern since they didn't go away from previous past treatments. Overall I am very satisfied with the lawn care service I am receiving.
Professional Technicians. Marquel Bruhier is very knowledgeable about the products he applied. He went beyond his duty and honor my request. A week ago, another technician applied lime on my yard an the gate was lock for the back. I called and ask that someone return to lime my back yard. I asked Marquel was he here to lime my back, but he was there to spray weeds and that no one had told him to apply lime, but was billed for the whole yard. He told me no problem and he limed the back. Way to Marquel for being professional and satisfied the customer request.

Corey McClure answered all my questions this morning about servicing my backyard. He actually told me to hold off adding this to my service until the grass is established because my yard guy will be putting down additional seed in a few months.
Mr. Hoderick Last name removed did an excellent job on applying preemergent and broadleaf weed control to my lawn. He rang my doorbell to let me know that he was on the property and provided a print out upon completion. He answered my questions in a professional manner when approached. Thanks Hoderick

The young man, Marguel Bruhier, that services my yard is always pleasant and seems to enjoy sharing his yard knowledge with me. When he comes he starts his work as soon as he arrives and only stops if I ask him questions. Due to shade and drainage problems my yard does not grow the way I want but we try and he makes suggestions of things I should try.
Marquel Bruhier was extremely helpful by explaining everything that he was doing. He also indicated that I need to get a walk through because my yard isn't as large as he anticipated.
Troy Bryan(specialist)took the time to ring my doorbell and introduce himself. He was extremely professional and explained how the treatment would benefit my shrubs. Troy further added that in the future if I has additional concerns he would be happy to address them.
I wanted to commend Troy Bryon Branch 5267. I stopped him while he was doing a tree and bush application on our street and asked him a question about my grass. He was very helpful and took time to help me understand my problem with po-anna grass. He suggested that I call and talk to the office and ask any more questions that I might have. I did that and a specialist is going to come out and look try to resolve the weed so that it won't come back. My extra question was "Should I mow my grass now or will it spread the po-anna grass?"
