Your employees are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They explain in detail what treatments they are giving and always ask if I have any questions or concerns.

Devontal Singleton is always friendly. My lawn has several different grasses, and he works with me on applying certain areas differently (like in the shade areas I have fescue and have reseeded, so I don't want premergent/Barrier in those areas, just fertilizer. Good customer service.

We have been very satisfied with the lawn service provided so far. Our Lawn Specialist, Melissa Himes, is great! She always has a great attitude, and is always willing to answer any questions we may have.

I like receiving a call days ahead of time letting me know someone will be out to service my lawn.

I like my service specialist, Melissa. She's always very pleasant and cheery, even when it's cold outside. She always tells me what service she is about to perform and what that will do for my lawn. She offers tips on things I can do to help the product work better.

I like that if I'm not satisfied with a service I can call back, within 14 days, to request follow-up service.
