Today I received excellent customer services from Justin and Anthony. They completed the aeration of my yard that was schedule for, 05/01, but preformed on the yard of the vacant house next door. This error was made in spite of my efforts on,5/28, to avoid any mix up by requesting and was promised a phone call prior the aeration. Much of my time yesterday was spent trying to get someone from TruGreen to understand why I did not feel like a valued customer when much of my time on Monday was wasted waiting for a call I never received and the wrong yard was aerated. Finally after talking to Cory Cartwight I got assurance my yard would be aerated today and I would receive a phone call when the technician was on the way. I did receive the phone call, the serviced was completed and I welcomed the opportunity to complete the survey.I

Do really good job and if I'm not satisfied that it isn't killing weeds I call and they come back out and treat again with no charge. The guys are friendly and ask me if I have any concerns then tell me what they can do to help that. They are very good 😀

Service is regular and I do not have to think about what and when to apply pesticide or fertilizer. I also get phone calls to advise when the services are scheduled.
