Dustin Lollar takes his job very seriously. He always does a great job. I've asked that even for special services, if any, that he be the Specialist who comes. I really appreciate how much he strives to make sure the customer (me) is happy.

The specilist (Russell Schoep, Branch 5089) was very friendly and accomodating. i was about to begin raking and mowing my lawn when he arrived to make a treatment. He graciously agreed to alter his schedule and return later that day to make the treatment. This was inconvenient for him and greatly apprciated by me. Russell truly understands the meaning of customer freiendly service.

i love the customer service!! i have been a trugreen customer for about 3 years now and i have never had a problem. Every specialist i've encountered has been wonderful and they made sure i was well informed about what they were about to do and why. in addition to that, my grass was looking fantastic!!

If I feel that a job was not completed to my satisfaction or just need to speak to a rep, the company is quick to respond and make things right.

The service rep was prompt and friendly answered all my questions and put my mind at ease as I was very worried that I would have insects during my event but, just like he promised there were none!!

The lawn techs are knowledgeable about the grass and what can be done to make or keep your lawn healthy. I also like the tru green products and how the grass responds to them.

My lawn is looking a whole lot better than it started. This is a new property, so the sod was new and I had a hard time maintaining by myself.
