I have been serviced twice now with my new service by John Martin (Greenville, SC area, horticulturist/arborist). I have been very pleased with John's customer service. Both months I have had concerns regarding the lawn and lawn service which he is not responsible for but he has taken time to help me and check on services and give me a call back. This is very appreciated. Most would shrug you off if it is not their job responsibility
I hope to see the customer service of the lawn individual improve.
