Specialist (Jorge Moscoso) is doing a good job. My concern is in the early spring when it gets hot and humid I regularly get brown patch disease throughout the law. I would like Trugreen to take PREVENTATIVE measure to try and prevent it from happening again this year. Please advise what you can do to prevent this disease form re-occurring again this year.

Brenda Payton, our tree and shrub specialist, did a good and thorough job attending to our plants and gave us feedback on what we should do to maintain them. She is both friendly and knowledgeable.
Cost effective way to have a nice healthy lawn. It is also more reliable than the DIY products that you can purchase from big box stores. My lawn has been weed free and there is a very noticeable difference between the neighbors that use TruGreen versus the ones that do not.
The service is automatic and keeps my lawn healthy and weed free.

Tree & shrub specialist Brenda Payton does a wonderful job and is a terrific representative of your company.
You need more employees like Brenda. She knows her stuff and does her job well.
Brenda Payton was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable while we discussed various things about trees and shrubs, and even had some helpful suggestions when I brought up my dealings with fire ants in the yard.
With this being our second full year on the TruGreen program, I'm hoping to see some amazing results (if we have a more normal summer with respect to rainfall and temperatures).
TruGreen's periodic visits and spraying will help with maintaining consistent results with our landscaping around the house.

I believe that Jorge is courteous and does a great job to our lawn. Today, he applied fertilizer, pre-emergent, and broadleaf weed control. We are expecting to see good results by improving greener and thicker grass. Also, we are expecting weed control especially broadleaf weed. We know that Jorge is dependable and will take care of our lawn care. He always rings the door bell to better serve us personally. Unfortunately, we are usually not available when service is rendered but he always leaves a sign in the lawn to signify his presence.

Jared Bridwell is my specialist. We have had a difficult time growing grass in our back yard for several reasons. Since Jared started treating our yard, we have grass starting to grow. I have hopes that by the middle of the summer we will have a beautiful green lawn thanks to Jared's work.
