John Martin takes care on which plants he applies insect controls - and importantly avoids spraying on plants such as conifers which may be damaged by the chemicals.

Agents have shown me that they are interested in my lawn. Especially, growing grass in bare spots and controlling weeds. I am notified when the Agents will spray my lawn. I am looking forward to a beautiful lawn year.

Quick, good value, detailed feedback. Please remember our Gate Code to enter the community (at the Gate House) is "#8676". You MUST enter the "#" sign first and then the 4 digits, "8676". Please make this note on our account. A couple of times last year, the service tech did not have this info in the account and could not get to our house. We provided the gate code last June, and there were no issues with the first few visits, and then, for some reason, the tech servicing us did NOT have it. Weird! Anyway - we love Trugreen - just please make sure "#8676" is on our account, so we don't have issues in 2019. We JUST signed up for another year with you all.

Our specialist was Steven Parham and he explained to service he had completed and what to expect for the future. He was very polite and helpful. This a new service for us and we anticipate a healthy lawn.

Gregory Straquadine was very polite and thorough with his explanation. Went the extra mile by pointing out a drainage issue in the back yard. Also loved on our little happy yappy dog.
