Service technician (Specialist:72630-Gregory Straquaoine ) serviced my lawn today. He is a very friendly young man, he let me know when he arrived and what he was going to do today to my lawn. He has serviced my lawn before and I remembered how friendly he was then also. He let me know when he was finished with today's application and gave me the sheet detailing the treatment. I like your text message notifications of impending service WHEN they are accurate in terms of date and estimated time. Your website is generally good but I find the lime green with white letters difficult to contrast and read easily. While the green may be TruGreen's colors, you need more contrast by using black lettering instead of white.
I have lived at my present home for 30 years, and the lawn has looked its very best since TruGreen began servicing my lawn. Thanks.

That your staff always rings the door bell, introduces them selves and tell me what they are doing. John Martin was hear on the 14th and as usual gave me knowledgeable information about my shrubs and trees he was working on. As usual he was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very professional. Always a pleasure to speak with him.
My grass is healthy and green even as late as November with no weeds.
I like that I am notified before they come to apply treatments.

This is in reference to CUSTOMER SUPPORT provided me today, Jan 25, 2019.
BOTTOM-LINE FIRST: Two of your Customer Representatives, NEKEA and SHANNON, represented your company EXCELLENTLY today.
Now the rest of the story . . .
(1) This morning, a TruGreen rep, NEKEA, reached out telephonically to me to discuss a problem on my TruGreen Windows app that I had reported on-line to TruGreen yesterday. A less-than-one day response from a company was TERRIFIC!!! However, just shortly after our conversation began, our call was mysteriously interrupted (no fault of either party, I believe). I immediately called back and was connected with SHANNON.
2) SHANNON quickly identified the problem and solved it within just a minute or two by identifying there were 2 Customer ID Numbers in the system for may name -- an old (inactive) one and the current (active) one. FYI, the Android App I used yesterday (which, by the way, is SUPERB!!!) was using the current Customer Acct Nr, but the Windows App (which was showing my OLD Customer Account Nr) and, thus, was not working (not showing any of my services or financials) was not working. Now, after SHANNON's efforts, both Apps (the Android and the Windows) are now working fine. Thanks, SHANNON, for fine work!!
3) NEKEA also deserves a "pat-on-the-back" for reaching out to me this morning -- TWICE -- once, to try to solve the problem; and second, for continuing to re-contact me after our first phone call was accidentally cut-off. She reached me just moments after SHANNON and I finished. I told NEKEA about me talking with SHANNON and also let NEKEA know that the problem had been solved.
4) Please THANK BOTH NEKEA AND SHANNON for their GREAT CUSATOMEAR SERVICE!! It's nice to know that you have some great Customer Support Reps in your company. TAKE CARE OF THEM -- from the customer's perspective, they are REAL POSITIVE ASSETS to TruGreen.
