Pat Cuellar is and excellent specialist. Visiting with him about my tree and shrubs he explained in detail what application he was applying, what the water scheduling should be to battle drought and what to look for in the future. Most importantly he encouraged me to call if I had any questions. I'm extremely happy with the service and especially Pat Cuellar.

According to your "Tell me how I'm doing" card, I'm supposed to find a tab "Rate your Specialist" and then click "Take Survey" to begin. When I log in to my account there is no tab like that.

I like how my lawn gets green and looks better when done by Trugreen than done by any other company that I've tried. I love how my TruGreen Specialist, Robert Applin is always so thorough in treating my lawn and he always makes sure to communicate with me to let me know that he is about to treat my lawn by a telephone call or a knock on the door that lets me know that he is present.
TruGreen is a little pricier than other companies, but I've found how through experiences that TruGreen gives a better lawn care service.
Come when scheduled
My lawn looks amazing. It took a little over a year to get these results but worth the wait. The suggestions for improvement and maintenance from the tech's visits are very helpful.
Instruct new customers to be patient when treatments first begin. The results are not instant. I'm glad I stuck with you. Even my neighbors are commenting about how beautiful it looks.
Service is Great
Foremost, my yard looks fantastic! Besides the results, I also appreciate the process. I like how I get a reminder call before each service letting me know when and what service is scheduled.. Your very professional and friendly folks always knock on the door to explain what they will be doing. If I am not home, a complete explanation of service is always left. Well organized and effective. So worth the money.
Yard is finally looking better now that weeds appear to be surrendering the battle. My tech has done a good job so far and has always shown up when scheduled. Hopefully with his care my lawn will get back to the thick green lawn it used to be.
I have a wonderful lawn specialist and I want his supervisor to know how awesome 9222- Stuart Jones # 08956 is! My lawn looks great- I get lots of compliments and Stuart was so kind and accommodating today when he came to fertilize. I was just getting ready to mow the grass when Trugreen showed up for my lawn treatment. I asked if I could mow my lawn real quick before spreading the fertilizer, he went out of his way to go do another house in the neighborhood and then come back to treat my grass after I finished mowing. It was very much appreciated!!! Thank you Stuart!!!!
