This is a call out for Natiel Lee Alexander! I watch the trugreen guys through my Ring cameras and I've seen some not so good guys, that will leave my gate open and only cover about 20% of my yard, but Natiel is nothing like that, he is actually impressive. Super thorough and covers my yard from one end to another and makes sure the gate is closed so my dogs don't get out. I talked to him a couple of times and told him that I was really impressed with his work. He seemed like he really takes his job serious and I wish everyone would be as good a worker as he is. I wouldn't be surprised if that is just how he is in everything. He seems very sincere and he really appreciated my observations of his work. I hope he gets recognition in some way!

Great service when done properly. Unfortunately that depends on who does the treatment on that visit. In the past have had the sign left and not service done. We are careful to pay more attention now. Have been customers for a very long time.
Had a problem with my last visit on April 1, 2024 but I called TruGreen and spoke with Jean A. GIbson and she told me that I would get a free reservice to make all things right. Today Giovanni Easterbrook came out and took care of what went wrong on my last visit and made it all right with my free service..
I love how helpful Kayla Norris has been with getting us our monthly and annual invoices. She has been extremely helpful and has always been easy to get ahold of. I look forward to working with Kayla in the future!

So far so good since coming back after being with NW Exterminators. TruGreen has always managed the weeds, but lacked the density in the lawn. However, I have desperately recommended TruGreen to my neighbor who has a 70% weed coverage.
