After problems were encountered last year, I had contemplated stopping the service because the weed problems were very bad and not taken care of properly. This year the weeds began very early and were as bad, if not worse, than when I started the service years ago. Last year I was receiving emials that treatments were being made and these treatments were not being done. Upon deciding to give the service one more year, I was pleased that the person in charge had changed and feel that this new technician has done a much better job and got the weeds much more manageable and the lawn grass is much better. He has given advice to me that has also helped in managing the lawn.

Today, your Tree & Shrub Specialist, Dianna Ceullar, returned to our residential property to witness and re-treat the two ornamental Cherry Trees located on the Island right-side of the driveway entrance. We have several monthly and quarterly services with TruGreen to promote and maintain a beautiful, healthy property year-round. Previously, the culprit identified for the very early heavy loss of leaves were mites/bugs from the earth/soil traveling up the trees trunks targeting the leaves, chewing hundreds of holes in each leaf thereby destroying the canopy until there is nothing remaining by mid to late summer. Today, Specialist Ceullar identified the culprit as "Shot Hole Fungus" and we feel confident that your combination of chemicals will resolve this unsightly issue and return our Cherry Trees to a healthy, beautiful state.

TruGreen Tech: Carl Gabbidon serviced my lawn today (07/14/17) it was for re-treament of the weeds. I didn't expect for him to arrive early so I was unable to get to the door.
I saw him take his time to inspect the lawn and covered every sq ft of my property. Once he finished with his service he went back to his truck to write up the ticket he call and left me a polite voicemail reassuring his service and thanking me for choosing TruGreen.
This technician also left pamphlets of Core Aeration/ Dallisgrass which were very informative. I will schedule the aeration this afternoon.
